My husband had the same jacket. Tailor sewed him

White pants and white jacket with breast pockets.
It was worn by Elvis on stage in 1969 in Las Vegas

It might have been the very first time Elvis wore a big leather belt on-stage, when he wore it with this outfit.
Elvis also had a red version of the belt.

There was also a very similar black version made of this suit.
